About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Goodwill Square (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Tanjung Malim, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational role in supporting the smooth running of our warehousing, storage and distribution facilities. As an Administration Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient administrative processes, managing documentation, and providing essential support to ensure our logistics operations run seamlessly. What you'll be doing

• Processing and managing administrative documentation including invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and warehouse records

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the warehouse and distribution operations team

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and facility bookings as required

• Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is current and organised

• Assisting with data entry, filing and organisation of company records and archives

Responsibilities:
 

1. Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.

Job Description:

• Follow procedures to processing new business/plan application, enter detail and accurate information, and create account accordingly in the company Software Tools

• To perform and ensure the risks are accessed in accordance with the company guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and determine whether to accept, modify or decline the application

• Process all necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

• Evaluate all products by assessing the risks according to company guidelines and regulations

• To investigate all information and ensures timely escalation of alerts to the appropriate parties for further review

• Liaise with Regulatory Compliance Officer for advice and other business units for information where required

• Advise clients on the progress of their applications/requests

Job Requirements:
