Job Description:
1. To handle the full spectrum of foreign worker (FW) management, including:
Coordinating end-to-end foreign worker recruitment such as liaising with appointed agents, preparing required approval documents (Quota, JTK, KDN approvals), verifying worker biodata, arranging IPA approvals, and ensuring smooth arrival processes. Managing airport pickup, orientation, and proper onboarding based on company and legal requirements.
Monitoring expiry dates and renewing work permits (PLKS) and work-related documents in advance. Ensuring compliance with all immigration requirements, adhering to deadlines, and keeping accurate records to avoid penalties or non-compliance risks.
Arranging FOMEMA medical check-ups for new and existing workers, tracking results, managing follow-ups for failed medical cases, and ensuring all foreign workers meet mandatory health regulations before and after renewal.
Working closely with Immigration, JTK, KDN, FOMEMA, SOCSO, and other relevant authorities to submit applications, resolve issues, attend audits, and ensure all statutory requirements for foreign workers are fully complied with.
Overseeing day-to-day welfare matters such as grievances, salary issues, safety concerns, cultural adaptation, and disciplinary matters. Ensuring fair treatment, proper communication, and handling misconduct or conflict cases professionally.
Managing foreign worker hostels to ensure they meet JTK and housing guideline requirements. Overseeing cleanliness, safety, utilities, inventories, and periodic inspections. Arranging transportation for work, medical, and other required trips.
Maintaining accurate and complete records of passports, work permits, FOMEMA, insurance, attendance, disciplinary actions, hostel lists, and other relevant documents. Ensuring data is always updated for audit and management review.
2. Dealing with human resources forms, reports, and records all related documents in accordance with the rules of International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
3. Assist in HR daily operations.
4. Maintains electronic and hardcopy records, performs data entry and ensures proper documentation is maintained.
5. Assist daily HR administrative operations including interact with employees, management and other business associates for training arrangement, company events, etc.
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years Human Resources working experience preferred.
3. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook and PowerPoint
