About the role

An Admin Assistant role in the construction industry, responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, office documentation, and project-related support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office documentation

• Prepare and maintain documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and correspondence

• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing and records

• Assist in preparing documents and reports for ongoing construction projects

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal departments when required

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining project-related documentation

• Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries

• Assist the Accounts and HR department with administrative matters when required

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related field

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, detail-oriented and responsible

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Stryv is looking for a customer-centric sales assistant to support the store operations and sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products.  Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
• Learn and assist in developing quality-plans where needed.
• Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve quality processes to ensure best practices are utilized.
• Support documentation update and upload revise revision in system and follow up & track progress of document approval on PLM.
• Assisting team on whole plant calibration activities and keep track the completion while maintaining ERP system and records keeping process.
• Documentation preparation for authority application and physical sample readiness for analysis, calibration and return to vendor.

Education and Experience:
