What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and related delivery documentation.

• Support day-to-day finance and administrative operations.

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate and timely record updates.

• Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring all supporting documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and other required documentation are properly attached in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order status.

• Assist in coordinating and arranging deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.

• Track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or documentation.

• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

• Minimum SPM, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Proficient in accounting software, with knowledge of AutoCount being an added advantage.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and able to multitask effectively.

• Performance-driven with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate well within the department.

• Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.

a.      To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of files and documents.

b.      To update and prepare payroll documents such as staff daily attendance, leaves and overtime records.

d.       To prepare DO and invoice to customer.

e.        To monitor Finished Goods Store activities.

f.      To arrange delivery of sample to customer, postage and courier services.

g.      To control inventory level of staff uniforms.

h.        To handle office general administrative and upkeep premise utilities/facilities such as electricity, water supply, security & safety, housekeeping and cleanliness etc.

i.        To assist in HR and employee’s welfare related issues.

j.      To supervise and responsible for subordinate duties

k.        To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.

1. Performs preventative maintenance in and around the school facilities.
2. Performs minor and major repair of all building and equipment (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers).

8. Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits, replaces faulty electrical switches, electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.
9. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required, assists with the renovation/ remodeling of buildings, repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.
10. Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures and submit maintenance weekly report. 
11. Ensure to apply Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ISO procedures in delivering the maintenance assistance and keep record of performed duty accordingly.

15. Set up, arrange, and dismantle facilities, furniture, and equipment for school events, functions, examinations, and activities; provide on-site logistical support when required.

We are looking to hire a full time Technician to be based at our Head Office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and calibrate large format printing equipment at client or internal sites.

• Ensure all hardware is properly connected and software/firmware is up to date.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on wide-format printers, plotters, and associated hardware.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.

• Replace print heads, rollers, ink systems, and other components as needed.

• Provide on-site or remote technical support to customers and internal teams.

• Assist clients with printer operation, media handling, and software integration.

• Train end users on proper maintenance and usage of hardware.

• Run diagnostic tests to identify issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Conduct colour calibration, alignment, and output quality checks.

• Manage parts inventory, order replacement parts, and track usage.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and service logs.

• Document all service calls, technical findings, and resolutions.

• Generate service reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Ensure all equipment meets compliance standards and is safe to operate.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT Hardware, or a related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining large format printers.

• Strong knowledge of printer hardware components including printheads, carriage systems, ink delivery systems, motors, sensors, and control boards.

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.

• Experience with preventive maintenance, calibration, alignment, and firmware updates.

• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work outside of the normal working hours when required.

• Ability to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends if required. 

• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills. 

• Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.
