This role is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical, data support and operational to the SEA Mono Merchandising team. Serves as the operational anchor for the regional Retail Merchandising team - driving sell-through analytics, consolidating cross-market performance reports, maintaining seasonal master linelist / trackers, and supporting inventory optimization. Converting sell through data into actionable commercial insights and sharing key findings across regional and local cross-functional teams to support business execution across Southeast Asia.
Your Mission
Task 1: SEA DTC Sell-Through Analytics, Action Plans & Cross-Functional Sharing
Compile, analyse, and manage the SEA DTC Key Campaign / KI Sell Through tracker on a weekly basis, ensuring strict data accuracy.
Identify top performance drivers, slow moving items from weekly/monthly sell-through data, aligning with country stakeholders for concrete action plans and recommendations.
Compile and sharing FPS weekly performance findings and action plans with the broader SEA regional team and local market stakeholders to drive aligned commercial decisions.
Maintain and update the Country Seasonal Key Initiative (KI) Tracker and promotional calendars on a weekly basis.
Generate comprehensive seasonal sell-through reports to support forecasting, range planning, and future season buys.
Task 2: Retail Merch Operations, Master Data & Tracker Management
Manage and update country Master linelist including both RRP and ISD. Review the RRP/ ISD with key stakeholders and maintain in SAP.
Coordinate with Retail Merchandising team on promotion setups in Prism.
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and distribution of reporting materials for the monthly country DTC review meeting, tracking post meeting follow up actions.
Task 3: Dedicated Country & Regional Stock Optimization
Monitor overall regional stock movement, identifying inventory imbalances across SEA markets and executing intercompany stock transfer process to maximize stock health.
Indonesia market support, manage and coordinate stock transfers between entities (ID01 to ID02 for FPS & FOC) on a weekly/monthly basis.
Task 4: Internal team meeting & Buying Process Support
Coordinate and support weekly SEA Merch team meeting, leading internal sell through tracking to support on the decision for re-orders / stock transfer between markets.
Seasonal Buy Prep Support: Provide operational, data consolidation, and analytical support to the Buying Team during seasonal buying period.
Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant studied.
Professional: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising operations, inventory management, or merchandise planning/analytics. Preferably candidates from the sports, fashion, or footwear industry.
IT Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Language Skills: English
