- For those demonstrate outstanding leadership quality, self-motivation and positive attributes, on top of academic achievement
- For Foundation and Diploma, minimum of 9A+ in SPM or 9A* in O Level
- For Degree, minimum of AAAB in A Level, CGPA 3.75 in STPM, or equivalent
- Scholarship is based on actual examination results only
- Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.66 throughout the duration of study
- Interview required
