We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Swipey! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our product and B2B customers — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while also supporting their long-term success. You'll engage with customers across multiple channels, maintain organized customer data, and help execute campaigns that drive satisfaction and retention.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech startup and build a strong foundation in customer experience, data, and communication.
This is a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with some work from home flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Customer Onboarding – Welcome and guide new B2B customers through their Swipey journey, from first contact to activation.
🎯Customer Engagement – Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls to address queries, deliver product demos, and provide ongoing support.
📊Customer Data & Funnel Management – Keep our customer database and sales funnel updated, organized, and optimized for action.
📣Success Campaigns & Outreach – Support the team with retention campaigns and marketing materials that enhance the customer experience.
🤝 Relationship Building – Help customers get the most value out of Swipey by understanding their needs and guiding them on best practices.
🎤 (If any) Event Participation – Represent Swipey at events and connect with potential customers and partners.
Who You Are:
