To support the Admissions Manager in managing the end-to-end student admissions process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication with prospective families, and compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Admission Executive – Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility 1: To increase the number of students in school
To promptly attend to all enquiries by prospective parents about the School, its facilities and programmes.
Attend to all admissions enquiries and be responsible for all aspects of the admissions policies and processes, including conducting admissions tests and preparation of offer letters.
Execute the admissions strategy and key initiatives related to student enrolment.
Work closely with the academic and administration team to market school events and provide input to publications.
Support and attend exhibitions and roadshows when necessary.
Recruitment event planning and coordination with all suppliers, contractors etc.
Maintain relationship with local agencies and feeder schools to promote ties with the local community.
To communicate feedback from parents in a systematic manner to various stake holders.
To ensure parents receive a response from school in a timely manner
Key Responsibility 2: Ensure admissions processes are professionally and systemically run with accurate reporting procedures
Follow the ISP admissions process and procedure.
Provide customer-focused admissions and student recruitment processes and make enrolment as easy as possible.
Update student database and track student enquiries, registration, offer and new enrolment figure systemically.
Provide input into admissions reports so the school can report on admissions process accurately.
To undertake any other duty as and when required.
Key responsibilities focus
Welcome new parents, attend enquiries, conduct school tour, trial class and assessment as well as convert into new enrolment
Initiate outreach activities focusing on Shopping malls for event collaboration and roadshow organisation
Respond to social media and admissions email enquiries
Ensure all students files are complete before passing for filing purposes
Line management
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in school admissions or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with admissions/CRM software is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
