Procurement

• Plan and manage procurement activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.

• Monitor stock movement to minimize shortages, overstock, and slow-moving inventory.

• Work closely with Sales and Warehouse teams on demand forecasting and purchasing plans.

• Compare supplier quotations, verify pricing, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

• Monitor supplier performance including product quality, lead time, delivery efficiency, and pricing.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Identify short-dated or slow-moving stock and recommend corrective actions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and cost savings.

Distribution & Delivery

• Ensure daily operations comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.

• Track shipment status and ensure timely updates and delivery.

• Verify shipment documentation before goods receiving and system entry.

• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies including damaged or missing goods.

Logistics

• Coordinate inbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Liaise with customs agents and logistics providers for smooth clearance processes.

• Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization.

• Maintain accurate shipment records for traceability and audit purposes.

• Support performance evaluation of logistics providers.

Compliance & System Management

• Support implementation and updates of GDP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain accurate item master data and system records.

• Manage import permit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and time management skills.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with overseas suppliers, particularly from China.

• Strong professional email communication skills.

• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is an added advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Interior Projects) to support our interior fit-out and renovation works across the Klang Valley.

We welcome fresh graduates in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction-related fields who want to gain hands-on site experience and build a practical career in interior projects.

You will work closely with senior staff and project managers, helping to supervise interior works on-site, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assist senior supervisors in daily site supervision for interior fit-out and renovation works

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure work follows drawings and specifications

• Use AutoCAD drawings and design details to check measurements and site conditions

• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety at site, and update the project team regularly

• Help to solve on-site issues and ensure work is completed within timeline and budget

• Communicate with clients, designers and contractors when required

• Prepare basic site reports, updates and documentation using MS Office tools

This role will give you strong, real-world exposure to how interior design is executed on site, from drawings to completed spaces.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet most of these criteria:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; some internship or on-site experience is an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for reading plans and details, and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation

• Willing to learn site coordination and supervision, including dealing with contractors, workers, and site challenges

• Able to communicate with clients and team members in English, Bahasa and Mandarin-language

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to different sites within Klang Valley

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary
