Experience level: 1 to 3 years
Objective:
To provide hands-on support and maintenance of the Company’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, smooth daily operations, and timely user support to meet business needs.
Reporting to:
Assistant IT Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Systems & Daily Operations Support
· Perform day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems, email systems, servers, networks, software applications, and end-user devices.
· Monitor system status and assist in resolving system, network, and application issues to minimize downtime.
· Assist in system updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
2. IT Asset Management (Hands-On)
· Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and licensed software.
· Assist in IT equipment setup, deployment, replacement, and disposal.
· Support IT procurement activities including quotations, delivery tracking, and basic vendor coordination.
3. IT Helpdesk & User Support
· Act as first-line IT support for users, handling hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
· Respond to helpdesk tickets, walk-in requests, and on-site support within defined response times.
· Provide basic user training and guidance on IT systems and applications.
4. Information Security & ISO 27001 Support
· Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 controls, procedures, and records.
· Support user access control, password management, data backup, and endpoint security activities.
· Assist in preparing documentation and evidence for audits and internal reviews.
5. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain simple IT documentation such as asset lists, system records, user guides, and SOPs.
· Update helpdesk records and assist in preparing basic IT reports when required.
6. Other Responsibilities
· Carry out other IT-related tasks as assigned by the Assistant IT Manager.
· Comply with IT policies, procedures, and information security requirements
Requirements:
Education & Experience
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of working experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems support role.
3. Fresh graduates with strong internship or hands-on project experience may be considered.
Technical Skills
4. Basic hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 / email systems, basic networking, and common office software.
5. Exposure to ERP systems and server environments is an advantage.
6. Basic understanding of IT security concepts and system backup is preferred.
