Job responsibilities for Project Architect (Part 2):
1) Able to produce 2D & 3D drawings, carry out CAD/BIM works, technical and schematic drawing production works.
2) Shall possess knowledge and experience in various Architectural drawings such as residential/ high-rise/ low-rise/ commercial/ mixed development buildings/ preliminary conceptual/ authority submission/ construction and tender drawings.
3) Able to check the drawings are drawn according to drawing specification and convey with correct information and error free.
4) Able to develop concept sketches into working drawings.
5) Able to produce presentation slides for design proposal.
6) Experience in project management and contract implementation.
7) Require site technical knowledge, able to conduct periodical site inspection with site team.
8) To chair client consultants meeting, site and technical meeting, to work closely with clients, internal project teams, project consultants and submission to related government authorities.
9) Ad-hoc tasks when given by superior.
Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Master/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
2) Part 1/Part 2 with at least 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
3) Prefer candidate who can speak, read and write in fluent English, BM and Chinese.
4) A good portfolio of completed projects.
5) Reliable, time management skills and sense of urgency.
6) Proficient in CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Office software.
7) Skills in Enscape, BIM, Revit (3D Modelling) & D5 Render software are optional.
8) Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
9) Matured, independent, positive minded and can work under pressure.
10) Able to travel and work overtime when required.
Job responsibilities for HR & Admin Executive:
1) Managing the staff leave, issue letters and relevant tasks.
2) Managing incoming/outgoing emails, distributing information within the office which includes answering phone calls, taking memos and maintaining files.
3) Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
4) Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
5) Managing the organization’s calendar and scheduling appointments.
6) Maintaining a professional office environment and managing office space.
7) Ad-hoc tasks when given by superior.
Requirements:
1) Candidate shall possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
2) At least 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
3) Prefer candidate who can speak, read and write in fluent English, BM . Speak Mandarin is bonus .
4) Reliable, time management skills and sense of urgency.
5) Proficient in MS Office software.
6) Matured, independent, positive minded and can work under pressure.
