Job Title: Sales Assistant / Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Sales Assistant / Inside Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team in generating quotations, managing customer communications, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal departments. The role focuses on lead follow-up, proposal preparation, documentation, and achieving assigned sales targets through remote engagement (phone, email, online meetings).
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
· Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, RFI’s, RFQ’s and tenders
· Follow up on quotations and update sales pipeline status
· Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for pricing, availability, and technical documents
· Prepare product comparisons, compliance sheets, and basic technical documentation
· Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
· Managing documentation in Microsoft cloud portal
2. Customer Engagement
· Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and website
· Qualify leads and assign to appropriate sales personnel
· Maintain regular follow-up with customers on pending quotations
· Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
· Provide basic product information and recommend suitable solutions
· Vendor registration and maintenance
3. Order Processing & Documentation
· Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices coordination
· Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and recorded
· Update CRM system with accurate customer and deal information
· Track payment status and coordinate with finance team for collection follow-up
4. Target & Performance
· Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Assist in cross-selling and upselling activities
· Generate new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
Requirements
Education
· Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience
· 1–3 years experience in sales support / inside sales (ICT, Datacomm, ELV experience preferred)
· Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply
Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
