• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring professional standards are maintained at all times.

• Assess both new and existing patients to prioritize and determine the suitability of treatment, performing effective triaging to meet patient needs.

• Prepare equipment and provide assistance to doctors during medical examinations and treatments.

• Administer prescribed medications to patients, closely monitoring for any adverse reactions or side effects, and responding appropriately.

• Perform a range of nursing procedures, including blood draws, injections, IV line setup, wound care, and Ryle's tube insertion.

• Encourage patient autonomy by establishing care goals, educating patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, medication management, and self-care techniques, while addressing any concerns or questions.

• Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment by adhering to standard procedures, rules, and infection control guidelines to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

• Protect patients and staff by strictly following infection control protocols, medication administration guidelines, and controlled substance regulations.

• Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks, following manufacturer guidelines, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment.

• Oversee inventory management by regularly monitoring stock levels of medication and consumables, ensuring systematic inventory processes are in place, and replenishing supplies as needed.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, observations, and any relevant reports, such as incident reports, in a timely manner.

• Assist in staff scheduling, contributing to the development of duty rosters and assigning work responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage.
   

Job requirements

• Diploma in Nursing with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or hospital management.

• Strong customer service orientation with a patient-centered approach.

• Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• Willingness to work on a rotational Saturday schedule.

Immediate vacancies as a Psychology Intern for Pediatric Cases at our branches in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Kedah for Psychology Students (diploma or bachelor's degree of Psychology).

The training includes speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration therapy and physiotherapy for special needs children.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wash plates, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans by hand or using a dish machine. Mop floors, wipe counters, and empty trash.

Roles

1.      Responsible for all Electrical related plant maintenance, supervision of contractors, engineering and project work with the primary objective of ensuring that plant availability and reliability are maximised. Resolving problems and offering solutions, you will work in accordance with site procedures and maintenance strategies to ensure operational performance is maintained.

2.      Assist the Electrical Engineer in planning and coordinating the Station’s Electrical maintenance programme (SAP)

3.      Pro-activeness in solving problems to ensure all machineries and equipment in the plant is in tip-top condition and to minimize operation downtime.

4.      Compliance to applicable policies and procedures.

5.      Awareness and implementation of importance of HSE compliance.

6.      Taking role implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in the station.

Responsibilities:

1.      Carry out maintenance activities including investigation of defects, analysis the defects and proceed with rectification as directed.

2.      Maintain a high safety conscious working environment and ensure comply with all company and legislative Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.

3.      Carry out housekeeping is done after completion of all work done by the job holder or by short term contractors under supervision.

2.      Minimum Mandatory Competency (License) required:

a)      Chargeman – Low Voltage System (A0)

Work & Experience

1.      Minimum years of working experience related to the work scope:

a)      3 years of experience in electrical operation and maintenance.

b) Fresh Graduate with Chargeman competency is encouraged to apply.

2.      Work experiences required:

a)      Experience in maintenance of Combined Cycle Power Plant.

b)      Experience in maintenance of other industry such as Petrochemical plant, Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas will be considered.

c)      Experience in Maintenance Computerized System (SAP)

d)      Technical understanding on electrical preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding project updates, service requests, complaints, and general inquiries.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Conduct customer follow-ups after project completion to gather feedback and ensure service quality.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and O&M teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.

• Track and monitor customer requests, ensuring all actions are completed within agreed timelines.

• Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams regarding system performance, maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and troubleshooting matters.

• Support project handover activities and ensure customers receive all necessary documentation and information.

Service Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, service requests, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.

• Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare customer service reports, performance summaries, and customer feedback analysis.

• Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures, workflows, and service standards.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support and guide junior customer service representatives in handling customer inquiries and escalations.

• Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
