Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and operational coordination, including liaising with suppliers and partners.
- Assist with pre-event preparation, logistics management, and on-site event support (setup, dismantling, guest coordination).
- Help monitor timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and event collateral.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and evaluation to support continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any field (Events, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Strong interest in events, entertainment, pop culture, or brand activations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). After Effects or SketchUp is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel and support extended hours during event periods when required.
