Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary point of contact to our MNC clients for all POSM & print order requirements

• Familiar with items ranging from marketing Prints, POSMs, Promotional Items, and Packaging

• Propose new marketing POSM ideas to clients

• Provide recommendations to improve quality & client satisfaction, increase productivity and lower operating costs

• Ensure all standard operating procedures and policies are being adhered to

• Oversee the production process from order until final delivery of client’s items

• Ensure client delight and prompt delivery of quality and value-added services

• Maintains active communication and provide job status updates to client

• Facilitate to resolve production-related issues and conduct appropriate service recovery process

• Compile and perform data analysis, prepare presentations for internal and external business review meetings

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Perform general HR Administrative functions including leave tracking, medical matters, insurance matters, update HR records and all related tasks.

• Assists in recruitment process including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Identify training needs and coordinate in training related matters including HRDC Grant & Claim submission.

• To assist in processing staff claims.

• To handle and maintain records for Company vehicle insurance, road tax, Puspakom inspection and maintenance.

• Responsible in sourcing as assigned items for request material & part and price negotiation.

• Price negotiation and Term & conditions negotiation for current purchased items due to supplier price increment, purchased item volume increase/decrease, change of purchase term & conditions, etc.

• Handle and involve in purchased items quality issue.

• Record, monitor & evaluate supplier Performance and report to department head.

• Perform data analysis and review the data report.

• Lead and guide designated purchasing staffs in their daily work activities, negotiation in all matters with external parties- service/product providers.

• Involve in material planning and working to minimize total cost of purchase and inventory level.

• Update the AVL, Approved Supplier List, as scheduled.

• Trouble shooting & corrective actions follow up in purchasing department, and/or cross-departments, if needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPSE seeks an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science graduate student to work closely with existing team. Your day-to-day activity may includes responsibility in designing, simulating, emulating, validating per spec and finding ways to break and uncover failures in the systems. The work has the potential to directly impact the quality of product we are delivering to our customer as well as influence the direction of future hardware. Depending on job role, you may work on activities below:

• Setting up and enabling the latest AMD Server Platforms Design

• Participate on the current and next generation product definition and address the key design and methodology challenges

• Participate in projects involving from design, simulation, emulation, validation and/or customer communication

• Test and validate the power and performance of the Server Platforms to its product features specifications

• Brainstorm and debug the Server Platforms on any challenges arises to meet product features specifications

• Involve in both hardware and software on daily basis to perform the validation works

• Simulate, emulate, debug and validate product features includes Device Power, Device Thermal, PCIe Gen5, DDR5, SATA, USB
