We are looking for results-driven Marketing Executives to achieve overall Motor Insurance business targets, including dealer-related performance, while ensuring profitability. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, improving sales performance by providing comprehensive service and sales support to clients, and supporting agents in achieving the sales and retention targets.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Lead and Grow Franchise Business by improving the productivity of New and Renewal business and to assist dealer to achieve the renewal retention.

2. Weekly Visitation and to follow up on claims, refunds, and other issues.

3. Assist in business plaining and developing on company marketing activities for agents and dealers, and to get market information.

4. Follow company rules and guidelines, handle complaints and problems solving.

5. Provide training to agents/dealers on products and systems.

6. Prepare quotations when needed and to be station at dealers’ office/showroom.

7. Check CBC and collect outstanding on daily or monthly.

8. Prepare monthly sales and renewal retention reports.

9. Business Development - to recruit new dealers.

Job Specification:

Degree in any relevant discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in General Insurance, particularly in recruiting and servicing agents or franchise (motorcycle) dealers.

Fresh graduates with internship experience in General Insurance are encouraged to apply.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Mature, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Team player with the ability to motivate and collaborate with others.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
