Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.
The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!
Role Summary:
As a Production Executive, your role will focus on responsible for supervising the manufacturing operations, including dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging, while ensuring effective production planning to fully utilize capacity and meet customer demand. This role requires managing the production area to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity, with strict compliance to ISO and GMP requirements, ensuring all products consistently meet production specifications
Your Responsibilities:
· To supervise production activities in order to produce quality product within the stipulated time line.
· To ensure process equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
· To maintain the safety standard as required by safety regulation and company policy.
· To conduct the related training for the subordinate and ensure training program is maintained.
· To rectify production issue through deviation, non-conformance and CAPA.
· To identify root cause and ensure corrective action are implemented.
· To arrange the work schedule and resource planning for dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging activities.
· To participate in the appropriate process audits.
· To maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
· To verify dispensed material accuracy, correctness and compliance to Batch Manufacturing Formula. Direct and supervise product preparation strictly according to formula and to regulation and legislation.
· To monitor production yield and investigate root cause if yield is out of specification.
· To meet production planning and resolve crisis immediately to avoid unnecessary delay.
· To review and sign the appropriate pages in BMR and BPR before submit to Production Pharmacist.
· To conduct routine hygiene checks to manufacturing personnel under his/her supervision.
· To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, fire-fighting, safety and health.
· Ensure the SOP is revised and 100 % calibration are carried out on timely manner.
· To ensure the material availability as to ensure smooth manufacturing activities.
· Work as a team to achieve department KPI and overall company quality objectives.
· Leading the production improvement project
· Involved in the safety & quality investigation in production and compounding the report after end of the investigation.
· Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by superior or management as and when required.
Your Profile:
Diploma or Degree in Science or any equivalent education with 2 to 4 years of working experience in related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English
Strong supervisory skills and people management.
Flexibility to work extra hours and participate in shift rotations.
Willingness to travel when required supporting business needs
