Purpose of Role
Families choose a school through the learning they see, the opportunities they understand, the people they meet, and the confidence they build at every touchpoint. This role makes our schools offer more visible and easier for families to understand.You will work across the campus to find the strongest proof of progress, shape a distinctive school voice, and turn real experiences into useful content.You will connect the website, social media, email, events, tours, displays, campaigns and community activity so they tell one consistent story.
Graphic design, photography and video are your core skills. You will combine them with editorial judgement, community awareness, brand care and performance insight to strengthen how local and international families see, experience and choose the school. This role owns the quality and consistency of school marketing activation, content, discoverability and tracked enquiry actions.

ISP Malaysia
ISP Malaysia operates the Tenby Schools, Asia Pacific Schools and Straits International Schools where we are strategically located covering the Klang Valley, Perak, Penang and Johor within Malaysia. Our experience in education excellence helps us provide amazing learning experiences for students as young as 3 years up to 18 years old. Our schools in Malaysia follow the international school curriculum comprising IGCSE and A-levels, starting at the kindergarten level, while 5 of the schools also offer the Malaysian National Curriculum. Work with SLT and marketing and admissions team to maintain the school's core messages, tone of voice and proof bank so teams can explain the school consistently without relying on generic claims.
Work with the marketing manager to termly review how the school presents its offer across the campus and online, then recommend practical changes that improve clarity, confidence and distinction.
Turn parent questions, admissions insight and school priorities into clearer reasons to choose Tenby Schools.
Keep the school brand at the centre of local marketing while showing where International Schools Partnership (ISP) strengthens learning, confidence, opportunities and school improvement.
Bring learning, people and opportunities to life
Build close relationships with teachers, leaders, students, families and alumni so strong stories surface throughout the year
Interview our people and turn their experiences into accurate stories, testimonials, explainers, profiles and case studies with the right permissions.
Photograph and film lessons, projects, performances, sport, trips, events and community life with a clear story and audience in mind.

Build a steady pipeline of website stories that show learner progress, Good Struggles, academic achievement, life competencies, multilingualism, international experiences and future pathways.
Use approved keyword research and briefs to create at least six new local, search-informed pieces each academic year, alongside regular news, event content and admissions-cycle updates.
Write clear headings, summaries, FAQs, metadata, internal links and image descriptions that help families and AI-powered search understand the school.
Check that every priority page offers useful proof and a clear next step through the approved HubSpot enquiry journey.
Connect the campus, events and family experience
Turn open days, tours, showcases, performances, competitions, fairs and community events into strong marketing moments before, during and after the event.
Create the messages and materials that help each event communicate a clear reason to choose, useful proof and an appropriate next action.
Strengthen the physical brand experience across reception areas, school displays, signage, admissions spaces, presentations and other high-value family touchpoints.
Work with Admissions so tours, follow-up content and campaign materials answer the questions families ask and reflect what they experience at school.

Use existing dashboard and approved reports to monitor keyword visibility, search impressions, click-through rate, priority-page engagement and tracked enquiry actions.
Review family search behaviour, website use, event response, content performance and competitor activity. Use this evidence to improve content topics, formats, length and publishing frequency and identify new questions the website should answer.
Track whether priority messages, stories and opportunities appear consistently across the school's main touchpoints.
Report what worked, what families responded to and what the school should change next rather than relying on follower counts or isolated engagement figures.
