JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for implementing the HSE program determine by management team. Support daily HSE operations to ensure statutory requirement is met. 

THE RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company and statutory requirements (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc.).

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and walkabouts in production, warehouse, and office areas to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety requirements related to machinery, forklifts, confined spaces, fire safety, and chemical handling.

• Support and participate in accident/incident investigations; prepare reports and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate emergency response activities, including fire and chemical spill drills, and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.

• Manage scheduled waste handling, labeling, and disposal in accordance with DOE regulations and internal standards.

• Organize and conduct HSE training, briefings, and induction programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Assist in maintaining records for risk assessments, incident reports, safety data sheets (SDS), training, and waste management documentation.

• Coordinate and act as secretary for the Safety and Health Committee meetings; prepare the agenda and minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Promote HSE awareness and a safe work culture among all levels of employees through campaigns, toolbox meetings, and engagement activities.

• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with company HSE rules and procedures.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

• Report and communicate HSE performance to management and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other HSE-related tasks as assigned by the superior or management

• Posses Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field

• 3 years working experience in HSE function within manufacturing industry

• OSH Coordinator (Mandatory)

We are looking for a proactive Full-Stack Developer to help lead the evolution of our internal portal. As the second member of our IT team, you will report directly to the IT Lead. Your primary focus will be building features that solve business problems, transitioning our stack toward modern frameworks, and participating in the discovery process for new internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

●      Feature Engineering: Maintain and expand our internal portal, ensuring high-quality code and a seamless user experience.

●      Code Quality & Standards: Introduce linting, standardized naming conventions, and basic testing to prevent the accumulation of further technical debt.

●      Security & Permissions: Design and manage Firebase Security Rules (Firestore/Storage) to enforce strict data privacy and "least-privilege" access across the platform.

Technical Requirements

●      Frontend: Strong experience with React.

●      The Future Stack: A strong interest or experience in Vue.js and Nuxt (specifically looking toward Nuxt 4).
