Job description

• Assist doctors and nurses in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned.

• Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient’s records are maintained and updated accordingly.

About the role

As an Operations Assistant, Customer Logistics - Billing (AR/AP), you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of logistics services for our clients. Working on a contract basis (subject to renewal or conversion) from our Pasir Gudang, Johor office, you will be an integral part of our customer-focused operations team.

What you'll be doing: -

• Ensure smooth billings and job costings, performing JC for customer accounts.

• Reconciliation of all vendor invoices, performing adjustments system intake / outtake / inventory system support, accruals as and when required.

• Ensuring vendor billings are timely and payment releases are on schedule.

• Support other administrative functions, reporting’s, verify and produce finalized Receiver Reports for submissions to Customer Service team.

• Perform updating of accounts and put in requests for system PA creations to Commercial Team.

• Perform Credit Control functions pertaining to following up on payments with customers.

• Timely and error free processing of customer’s instructions such as warranting, title transfer and warehouse receipt.

• Perform & support month end accrual and P&L queries from Finance during month end accrual and closing exercise.

• To ensure job costing is completed in ERP and review job budget with consideration of additional charges.

• Engage with customer to ensure timely payments to AR invoices. Target to minimize ageing payments that are more than 30 days.

• To ensure Job Costing is up to date once the job is completed. Include provision in the job costing sheet if foresee unexpected charges.

• To clarify timely on the Local Service Providers invoices to ensure accurate AP payments from Finance department.

• Any other tasks or assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for: -

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience

• Need someone who strong in accounting especially in AR/AP.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing or Logistics Industry

• Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Melayu and English

• Effective interpersonal skills, customer focused, results oriented with positive outlook

• Good knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point presentation, well versed with emails correspondences.

• Committed and able to work overtime as and when required

What you’ll do — day-to-day:

• Acquire and activate F&B merchants across your assigned areas (phone, online or face‑to‑face) to meet outlet sign‑up targets.

1) Primary Function

a) Spring Prototype Manufacturing

· Produce spring prototypes accurately according to engineering drawings and technical

specifications.

· Ensure prototype quality meets requirements with minimal errors and reduced rework.

· Follow approved processes, work instructions, and safety requirements during prototyping

activities.

b) Prototype Lead Time Management

· Complete all prototype-related work within the planned timeline.

· Proactively inform the Executive Engineer of any potential delays or risks affecting delivery

schedules.

c) Supplier Management (Prototyping & Fabrication)

· Prepare RFQ for jigs and fabrication items promptly and accurately.

· Perform effective follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

· Verify that jigs and fabricated items received meet the required specifications and drawings.

d) Part Validation & Trial Activities

· Support validation activities including dimensional measurement, fitment checks, and trial

runs.

· Prepare accurate and reliable inspection, measurement, and validation reports within the

· Support product development and technical approval processes.

e) Production Technical Support

· Provide immediate technical support to production when issues arise on the line.
