What You’ll Get to Do

Fashion Styling

• Assist stylists in preparing looks for clients

• Research outfit ideas and styling references

• Create simple mood boards and visual references

• Assist with clothing and accessory sourcing

• Prepare outfits before styling sessions

• Assist during fitting and personal shopping sessions

• Organise clothing, accessories, and styling inventory

Photoshoots

• Get hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience during actual shoots.

• Prepare outfits and accessories before photoshoots

• Assist with outfit coordination

• Help manage wardrobe and styling items during shoots

• Assist stylists and the creative team on shoot days

Content Creation

• Research fashion and styling content ideas

• Assist with social media content creation

• Help prepare outfits and concepts for content shoots

• Participate in content production

• Brainstorm TikTok, Instagram and other creative content ideas

• Keep up with fashion and social media trends

Client & Team Support

• Assist with preparations before client appointments

• Help coordinate basic appointment and styling requirements

• Support the team during styling sessions

• Assist with workshops, events, and special projects

• Help keep styling materials and workspaces organised

Students from Fashion, Styling, Design, Marketing, Communication, Media, Creative, Photography, or related courses are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tenancy documentation, including Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, renewals, and terminations.

• Coordinate with tenants, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tenancy processes.

• Monitor payments and pre-commencement requirements.

• Maintain accurate tenancy records, trackers, and digital documentation.

• Prepare tenancy-related reports and support audit and compliance requirements.

• Track tenancy renewals, expiries, and terminations to ensure timely follow-up.

• Support data management and update tenancy information in relevant systems and databases.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Law, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in tenancy, leasing, or contract administration.

• Good understanding of tenancy documentation and leasing processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with tenants, solicitors, and internal stakeholders is an added advantage.

• Background in Property Development, Real Estate/Property Management, or Retail Leasing is preferred.

Indoor Sales Executive (Junior or Senior) / Assistant Manager (Sanitaryware & Lighting)

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

• Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.

• Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.

• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 1 years’ experience in supervision of M & E construction project.

• With Class D driving license.

• Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Able to perform physical stock counting

✅ Able to check stock IN / OUT records

✅ Able to identify and report stock discrepancies

✅ Able to work independently with minimum supervision

✅ Responsible, organised & detail-oriented

• Monitor stock movement and quantity
