Job Purpose

To manage and control raw material movement from warehouse to production process, ensure the correct raw materials and batches are used according to the production schedule form, support preparation and production activities, and conduct routine in-process quality checks in compliance with GMP, Halal, HACCP and MeSTI requirements. 

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Raw Material Control

• Perform daily RM stock-in/stock-out and maintain accurate stock cards

• Receive and verify RM against delivery documents; check RM code, batch, expiry, quantity, and packaging condition

• Ensure proper storage, FEFO practice, and segregation of Hold/Reject/Expired/Approved materials

2. RM Issuance & Production Support

• Prepare and issue RM according to approved BMR and production schedule

• Verify RM code, batch, and expiry before use; ensure traceability

• Carry out weighing, sorting, and preparation tasks per SOP; prevent mix-up/contamination

3. In-Process Quality Control

• Conduct routine QC checks (weight, appearance, quantity, process conditions)

• Record results accurately and report any deviations or abnormalities

4. Records & Compliance

• Maintain RM, production, QC, and wastage records

• Comply with GMP, Halal, HACCP, and MeSTI requirements

Role Overview: -

To ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical systems across MESRA retail network, supporting c store renovations, complementary business partners, and F&B (Makan@Mesra, Café Mesra, Steers & Debonairs Pizza). The role is accountable for maintaining electrical integrity, supporting project execution, and ensuring full compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements and PETRONAS PSTS and HSE standards to enable seamless business operations.

What You'll Do: -

Project Delivery Support:

• Support execution of electrical scope for new builds, renovations, and rollout MESRA projects including C-stores, Café Mesra, Steers & Debonairs Pizza, and partners.

• Review electrical drawings, load calculations, and installation plans (SLD & TLD).

• Participate in project inspections, testing and commissioning prior to handover.

• Support project teams in achieving project milestones within approved timeline, quality and budget.

• Coordinate with retail engineering (RE) teams, PDB HSE, consultants, and contractors.

• Provide technical recommendations to improve electrical design, maintainability and operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance:

• Act as the appointed Chargeman in accordance with the Electricity Supply Act and Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) requirements.

• Ensure adherence to Electricity Supply Act, Malaysian Standards, and PETRONAS HSE policies.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures and HSE requirements.

Contractor & Stakeholder Management:

Electrical Operations & Maintenance:

• Ensure continuous and safe operation of low voltage (LV) electrical installations across all assigned sites.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems.

• Conduct routine inspection of electrical installations and distribution systems.

Ad-Hoc Support:

Working Conditions:
