About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Spark AI as an Internship Account Executive (Social Media). As an Intern Account Executive, you will support the team in monitoring online conversations for clients, performing comment filtering and sentiment/content analysis, maintaining accurate Excel-based trackers, coordinating with vendors when issues arise, and learning basic client maintenance and campaign performance feedback workflows. Suitable for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor online platforms and filter relevant client-related content across multiple sources.
- Conduct social listening and classify content (positive/negative sentiment, issue types), identifying key insights and potential risks.
- Maintain and update data trackers (Excel/Google Sheets) to ensure accurate and organised reporting.
- Provide timely updates to support daily and weekly reports, campaign reviews, and insights.
- Assist in preparing content and communication materials for vendors, and ensure links meet required standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on data and links to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Ensure all published content aligns with product information and key messaging guidelines.
- Liaise with vendors to correct any errors in published content and ensure proper follow-up.
- Support basic client account maintenance and assist in performance tracking and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform your work.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to monitoring, reporting, and coordination when needed.
- Relevant experience (e.g., social listening, social media operations, content operations, client servicing, or data management).
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime when required to support project delivery and urgent tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow through and close issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Chinese (reading and writing) is preferred, especially when handling Chinese-language content.
