Key Responsibilities

Quotation Preparation

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations based on customer inquiries, drawings, and specifications.

• Analyse RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and identify project requirements.

• Calculate material, labour, machining, and overhead costs.

Technical Evaluation

• Review engineering drawings, BOM, and technical documents.

• Ensure the proposed solution meets customer specifications and industry standards.

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to verify feasibility.

• Resourceful with raw material, standard parts suppliers and finishing suppliers.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Compare supplier pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications.

• Select the most competitive and reliable suppliers.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quotation records, costing sheets, and pricing databases.

• Prepare technical proposals and supporting documents for submission.

• Ensure quotations comply with company policies and profit margins.

Sales Support

• Support the sales team with technical clarifications.

• Participate in customer discussions regarding technical requirements.

• Revise quotations based on customer feedback or design changes.

• Ensure that data, records and filling are kept up to date

• Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate

• Candidate must be able to speak and read Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Center Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of data center facilities, with a primary focus on server and networking systems. Ensuring high availability and reliability of server operations.

• Network and Server Planning: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of data center networking infrastructure, including structured cabling, server room layouts, and network security systems. Manage the deployment and configuration of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Technical Support and Pre-Sales Engineering: Provide expert pre-sales technical support for server and networking projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, and proposal development. Lead technical discussions with clients, assess networking and server requirements, and create detailed bill of materials (BOM) for network and server deployments.

• Collaboration and Client Interaction: Work closely with the business development team to deliver technical presentations, support client visits, and participate in strategic discussions related to networking and server solutions. Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, ensuring the proposed solutions align with client needs.

• Project Design and Implementation: Responsible for the detailed design and execution of server and networking projects. Address and resolve technical challenges during the implementation phase, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage the installation, configuration, and testing of server and network equipment.

• Project Management and Documentation: Provide technical guidance and oversight during engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Produce comprehensive project documentation, including detailed design plans, implementation guides, and acceptance reports to facilitate smooth project handover and operations.

Minimal Job Requirement:

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Experience in lP or lT project delivery

• Able to self-management and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

• Able to travel domestic/international as requested

• Work effectively under pressure and work overtime when necessary

Preferred Job Requirements (Plus point if have):

• Familiar with Huawei devices (or H3C devices) and experience on network design/technical implementation is preferred

• Preferably certified in Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Huawei HCNA, HCNP, HClE, PMP, or ITIL.

• Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.

• Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields.

• Or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 6 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.

• 2-3 years working experience in equipment maintenance, project leader will be an added advantage.

• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and in writing.

• PLC, HMI, robotics knowledge will be advantage.

Your Know-How

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspects incoming raw material, in-process, and finished goods for compliance with established quality specifications, including blow molding, cage assembly, valve fitting, leak testing, and pallet attachment.

• Perform in-process and final inspections of IBCs, including visual checks, dimensional measurements, and pressure/leak testing.

• Works with inbound and outbound colleagues to complete required quality control testing and documentation in a timely manner.

• Identify, document, and report non-conformances (NCRs); assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

• Calibrate and verify inspection equipment regularly and maintain calibration records.

• Actively engages in sample testing by reviewing daily schedule and testing sample runs while in production. Assists with testing of product returns and investigating product complaints.

• Completes process checks to verify conformance with supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA). Completes and submits COAs per customer requests.

• Take the lead on all quality-related issues.

• Ensures compliance with the company's quality management system including ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.

• Assist with internal audits and participate in customer or third-party inspections when required.

• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

• Follow safety regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Typically requires2-3 years of experience of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience or certification in Quality Control, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is preferred.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English

• Possess at least 2-3 years in a quality assurance or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably plastics or packaging.

• Required Skill(s):

  • Possesses quality and/or laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Possesses knowledge or experience in materials testing, product inspections, certificates of analysis, and calibration requirements.

  • Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, and has knowledge of gauge calibration.

  • Able to create and maintain calibration methods and records and possesses the ability to train colleagues in using all calibration instruments.

  • Works effectively as a member of a team.
