Key Responsibilities

• Support Malaysia tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, withholding tax, and other regulatory filings.

• Assist with Malaysia stamp duty compliance by identifying dutiable instruments, coordinating with business stakeholders, preparing supporting documentation, monitoring deadlines, maintain records.

• Support tax audits, reviews, queries, and information requests from tax and regulatory authorities.

• Assist with applications, compliance monitoring, reporting, and renewal requirements for Malaysia tax incentives.

• Provide support on tax advisory matters and business initiatives, including preparing technical research and analysis.

• Support implementation and ongoing compliance requirements relating to BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two.

• Coordinate annual transfer pricing compliance requirements, including local files, master files, transfer pricing returns, and supporting documentation for intercompany arrangements.

• Monitor developments in Malaysia tax.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy/finance/taxation or equivalent from a recognised educational institute

• 2-5 years of in-house tax experience

Personnel training management

1. Responsible for the tracking and confirmation of pre-job theoretical training, pre-job practical training and other training for new employees in the production department.

2. Responsible for the issuance and recycling of production employee employment certificates, MES permission configuration and deletion, personnel file archiving management, etc.

3. Statistical staff turnover rate

Production supplies room management

1. Responsible for the distribution and statistics of consumables and accessories in the production department

2. Responsible for the procurement of consumables in the spare parts room of the production department and establishing safety inventory in the spare parts room.

Workshop repair management

1. Responsible for the confirmation of defective products in the workshop, repairs, material replacement, etc.

2. Establish whether the skills of repair personnel are up to standard.

Material clerk management

1. Responsible for checking, loading, issuing and retrieving materials in the workshop

Requirements：
