(1) SENIOR BARISTA (KUALA LUMPUR & JOHOR BAHRU)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Lead and oversee daily café and beverage operations to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency
2) Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products according to company standards and recipes
3) Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
4) Train, guide, and supervise junior baristas and café team members
5) Handle customer service professionally and maintain a positive café experience
6) Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ingredient ordering
7) Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
8) Support operational planning and maintain efficiency during peak hours
9) Assist in improving beverage offerings, café presentation, and operational standards
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in café or beverage operations
2) Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
3) Leadership ability with experience guiding and supervising team members
4) Good communication and customer service skills
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations
6) Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
7) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

(2) JUNIOR BARISTA (KUALA LUMPUR & JOHOR BAHRU)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Assist in daily café operations and beverage preparation
2) Prepare coffee and beverages according to recipes and operational guidelines
3) Provide friendly and professional customer service experience
4) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café presentation standards
5) Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation, and replenishment
6) Ensure proper handling and maintenance of café equipment and utensils
7) Work closely with the café team to maintain beverage quality and smooth operations
8) Support operational efficiency and teamwork during peak service hours
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum 1 year of café, F&B, or customer service experience is an advantage
2) Willingness to learn coffee-making and beverage preparation skills
3) Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
