Amount
Up to 100% tuition fee waiver

Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Scholarship amount is tiered and based on academic results
- Minimum of 5As in SPM or 6As in O Level for Foundation programmes
- Minimum of 7As in SPM or 6As in O Level for Diploma programmes
- Minimum of 1A in STPM / A Level or 5As in UEC for Degree programmes
- Candidates who meet the scholarship criteria will be automatically offered the Merit Scholarship
- Must maintain the required CGPA, depending on the quantum of the scholarship
- No interview/assessment required

TAR UMT Sports Scholarship
Amount
Up to 100% tuition fee waiver
Study Level
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Applicable for national athletes who have represented Malaysia in sanctioned international games or championships including Southeast Asian Games, ASEAN University Games, and ASEAN School Games
- For state athletes, must have represented the state in national sanctioned games or championships including MSSM and SUKMA, SIPMA and won at least a bronze medal
- TAR UMT athletes who have represented TAR UMT in Universiade Games, Asian University Games, SUKMA, SUKIPT, SIPMA and won at least a bronze medal are also eligible for this scholarship
- Scholars must train and represent TAR UMT in MASISWA, SUKIPT and IPT games or any other tournaments as and when required
- Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Interview required

Amount
Up to 50% tuition fee waiver for 1 semester
Study Level
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- For athletes who have represented the state/country during upper secondary (Form 4-6)
- For those pursuing Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science, or Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Coaching and Performance Analysis
- The sport must be affiliated with the Olympic Council Malaysia (OCM) or National Sports Council (NSC)
- Bursary is only for Year 1 Semester 1 students
- Interview may be required
