About Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL)

MCKL College (Penang, Pykett Campus) is the inaugural branch campus of Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL). It was established in 2022 to provide greater higher education opportunities and alternative pathways for secondary school leavers and adult learners in the northern region in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0).

The college offers a wide range of pre-university, undergraduate, and professional development courses including in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing and Digital Business. 

With 39 years of experience and excellent track record of graduates, MCKL is uphold for its renowned professional pre-university and tertiary programmes that are globally recognised and accredited by MQA. As of today, students at Methodist College have been accepted into many top-ranked universities abroad including New York University, Yale University, University of Oxford and University of Cambridge.

Located on a 4-acre site at the former Pykett Methodist Primary School, Lebuhraya Pykett, Georgetown, MCKL College campus features full-fledged modern college amenities for higher education within the grounds of a 130-year-old pre-war gem that has been carefully restored and upgraded.
