Job Purpose

To manage daily finance operations including customer and supplier payments, bank reconciliation and to handle purchasing activities for materials and subcontractor coordination to support precision tooling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance / Accounts

1. Prepare and monitor customer payment aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.

2. Process supplier payments in accordance with approved terms and schedules.

3. Review bank statements and perform bank reconciliation.

4. Record all financial transactions accurately into the SQL accounting system.

5. Maintain proper documentation for payments, receipts and financial records.

6. Support month-end closing and internal reporting when required.

7. Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and internal controls.

Purchasing / Procurement

1. Issue purchase orders for materials required for precision tooling operations.

2. Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.

3. Liaise with subcontractors (subcon) on job arrangements, schedules and material requirements.

4. Monitor purchase orders, delivery status, and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.

5. Maintain accurate purchasing records and update purchasing data in the system.

6. Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in finance/accounts and purchasing roles.

• Experience in manufacturing or precision tooling industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.

• Familiar with SQL accounting system or similar accounting software.

• Good coordination and communication skills with suppliers and subcontractors.
