In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Achieve sales targets by securing quality auto loans, based on the company’s target customer and product mix.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams to generate business leads.
Collect and review loan applications from dealers, customers, or sales teams, ensuring all required documents meet our credit guidelines.
Make sure customers give consent for credit bureau checks before proceeding with their applications.
Interview applicants (by phone or in person) and perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Enhanced CDD for higher-risk cases.
Verify identification, income, and vehicle documents.
Enter loan application details into our Auto Credit System (ACS), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure Credit Application is created timely to meet targeted Turnaround Time compliance
Run CTOS checks for:
o All non-individual (e.g., company) applications.
o Individual applications that exceed our credit limits.
o Other cases as required.
Update dealers daily on the status of loan applications submitted.
Oversee the issuance of Letters of Undertaking to dealers and follow up on Hire Purchase (HP) agreements and related documents.
Share the Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) and explain HP agreements to customers; witness and verify agreement signing.
Investigate and follow up on delayed approvals or disbursements.
Prepare proposals for panel dealers and any additional facilities they request.
Conduct site visits when needed.
Assist in preparing reports for the Business Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships with dealers and customers.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
