About the Role | 职位简介
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Loan Officer to join Big Grain Credit Sdn. Bhd. in Kuching, Sarawak.
This is a full-time position offering an attractive compensation package, including basic salary, performance incentives, and commission opportunities.
As a Consumer Loan Officer, you will play an important role in growing our consumer lending business by identifying potential customers, assisting with loan applications, and building strong and lasting client relationships.
You will also be responsible for achieving lending targets and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
Source and identify potential borrowers within the consumer market, including salaried employees, business owners, and other eligible individuals.
开发及寻找潜在贷款客户，包括受薪人士、企业经营者及其他符合贷款条件的个人客户。
Prepare and present loan proposals with complete documentation and relevant supporting financial information in accordance with company policies.
准备及提交贷款申请与相关文件，并确保所提供的财务资料及证明文件完整且符合公司政策。
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the loan application process and beyond, while providing excellent customer service.
在贷款申请过程中及后续服务中，与客户建立并维持良好关系，并提供优质的客户服务。
Discuss and negotiate suitable loan terms with clients while ensuring business profitability and compliance with applicable requirements.
与客户沟通及协商合适的贷款条件，同时兼顾公司业务效益及相关合规要求。
Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets and sales objectives.
达成每月及每季度的贷款发放目标及业务指标。
Liaise with internal departments, including Credit Assessment, Legal, and Finance, to facilitate and expedite loan processing and approvals.
与内部部门，包括信贷审核、法务及财务团队紧密配合，以协助贷款申请、审批及放款流程顺利进行。
Maintain accurate and complete records of client communications, loan applications, and transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
准确及完整记录客户沟通、贷款申请及相关交易资料，并确保符合公司内部及相关监管要求。
What We're Looking For | 我们希望您具备
Experience in consumer lending, retail banking, financing, credit, or sales-related roles will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially candidates who are highly motivated, eager to earn more through performance-based incentives, and have a strong interest in sales and customer engagement.

Strong understanding of lending principles, credit risk assessment, and consumer financing products.
对贷款原则、信贷风险评估及消费融资产品有良好的理解。
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.
具备良好的销售及谈判能力，并有达成或超越业务目标的能力。
Basic financial analysis skills and the ability to understand financial information and assess customer creditworthiness.
具备基本财务分析能力，能够理解相关财务资料并评估客户的还款能力及信用状况。
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from different backgrounds.
具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力，能够与不同背景的客户建立良好关系。
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
能够独立完成工作，并在文件处理及资料记录方面保持高度准确及细心。
Knowledge of Malaysian consumer credit regulations and lending compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
熟悉马来西亚消费信贷相关法规及贷款合规要求者将获优先考虑。
Proactive and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in helping clients identify suitable financing solutions.
