Overview of the Position:
This role supports the success of the assigned products by assisting in the planning and execution of marketing activities, monitoring sales performance, and contributing to overall business growth. It is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing plans—across both digital and traditional channels—to strengthen brand presence, improve product visibility, and help achieve sales targets.
The role also supports market analysis by tracking trends, gathering field feedback, and assisting with research to identify opportunities and inform future initiatives. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures that marketing activities are executed effectively and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and business objectives.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Product Marketing
Plan and conduct product seminars and promotional events.
Create engaging digital marketing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop educational materials—booklets, training resources, videos, and other tools—to enhance product knowledge across online and offline channels.
Design, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand’s tone, messaging, and strategic goals.
Respond promptly to product-related inquiries and provide necessary support.
Product Sales Performance Analysis
Monitor and evaluate sales performance for assigned products, comparing actual performance against monthly forecasts.
Initiate and support activities such as product training sessions, promotions, and other initiatives.
Field Intelligence Gathering
Collect market feedback and customer testimonials on both existing and new products.
Gather and analyse insights on market trends and competitor activities that may influence sales performance.
Use collected data to refine marketing strategies and better target key demographics.
Market Research
Collaborate with the Product Development team to conduct market research for both new and existing products.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
Additional Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or equivalent.
Candidates with at least 1 year of marketing experience are ideal, but fresh graduates with a passion for marketing are also welcome to apply!
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive insights on market trends, sales outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.
Prior experience in product marketing or product management is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in organizing product launches, conducting product training sessions, and executing promotional activities.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
