Key Responsibilities

1. Client Accounting

• Handle bookkeeping and full set of accounts for clients across various industries.

• Record daily transactions, journals, and reconciliations accurately.

• Prepare management accounts and financial statements in compliance with MFRS/MPERS.

1. Audit Support

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for statutory audits.

• Liaise with auditors and assist in providing required information.

1. Payroll & Administrative Support

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and staff claims.

• Maintain proper filing of clients’ accounting records and documents.

1. Team & Client Coordination

• Support senior staff/managers in client engagements.

• Communicate with clients regarding accounting queries and document requests.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).

• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero) and MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards.

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor all inbound and outbound inventory transactions in the warehouse system.

* Ensure inbound shipments are accurately received, recorded, and closed in the system.

* Coordinate with the Operations Support and Warehouse teams on daily and weekly warehouse activities.

* Monitor inventory movement, including pallet movement, picking, loading, and shipment closing.

* Conduct picking and inventory auditing activities to ensure accuracy.

* Investigate and coordinate the resolution of quantity and quality discrepancies with the relevant teams.

* Prepare and verify system and operational reports for inbound and outbound activities.

* Ensure warehouse processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.

* Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.

* Support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities.

* Provide guidance and support to warehouse team members to ensure efficient work performance.

* Report any operational, safety, quality, or disciplinary issues to the respective manager.

* Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations is an added advantage.

* Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

* Good computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Able to work independently as well as in a team.

* Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory and system transactions.

* Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities :

• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer for Palm Oil Mill overall operation including management, planning, controlling and production to ensure optimal function with high productivity.

• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer for a team of Palm oil Mill personnel to achieve company goals and targets.

• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer in Palm oil mill’s maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing and improving maintenance program.

This full-time role is a crucial one within our Water & Waste Engineering division, responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our deionized water and wastewater treatment systems.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform routine monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of DI water and wastewater treatment systems

2. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify and address any issues

3. Analyses water quality data and make necessary adjustments to treatment processes

4. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to system performance and maintenance activities

5. Work closely with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and optimization initiatives

6. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and company policies

7. Provide training and support to other team members as needed

1. Diploma in Water/Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Ordering & Management

• Place weekly stock orders with the engaged warehouse to outlet using the designated system.

Goods Returns & Supplier Relations
