Job Description:

• Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment.

• Handle order processing, including order entry and follow-up.

• Coordinate with packers and freight forwarders for shipment arrangement.

• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and basic analysis.

• Monitor and manage delivery costing, including tracking and cost control.

• Follow up on delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year working experience in logistics coordination, order processing, or delivery management.

• Experience working with freight forwarders, packers, or transporters is an advantage.

• Familiar with order entry and documentation process.

• Able to prepare basic logistics reports and cost tracking.

• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g. Eight ERP, SAP, or similar).

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•Process high volume of vendor invoices
•Process AP Payment for ACH, wire transfer and check method
•Check and verify billing items, unit price, item quantity and sales/use tax
•Doing invoice attachment
•Reconcile vendor statement of account
•Follow-up invoice & PO discrepancies with purchasing team
•Track recurring bill and prepare accrual for unprocessed invoices
•Perform AP module month-end closing
 

Education & Experience

•Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
•With working experience in related job or fresh graduates are both welcome

• To serve as the first point of contact for international patients at the International Liaison Service Counter.

1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company objectives.

The individual collaborates with Manufacturing Engineers and R&D Engineering to improve product quality and processes. • Assembly of electro-mechanical components and devices working under general or minimal supervision.
