Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor all inbound and outbound inventory transactions in the warehouse system.
* Ensure inbound shipments are accurately received, recorded, and closed in the system.
* Coordinate with the Operations Support and Warehouse teams on daily and weekly warehouse activities.
* Monitor inventory movement, including pallet movement, picking, loading, and shipment closing.
* Conduct picking and inventory auditing activities to ensure accuracy.
* Investigate and coordinate the resolution of quantity and quality discrepancies with the relevant teams.
* Prepare and verify system and operational reports for inbound and outbound activities.
* Ensure warehouse processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
* Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
* Support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities.
* Provide guidance and support to warehouse team members to ensure efficient work performance.
* Report any operational, safety, quality, or disciplinary issues to the respective manager.
* Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations is an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory and system transactions.
* Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
