Job Responsibilities

• To market our range of material handling equipment - Forklift & Indoor Warehouse Truck to all existing and new customers in the respective area of coverage.

• To develop and promote Sales and Rental for material handling equipment to all our new and existing customers in the respective area of coverage.

• To expand customer market by developing new business market & opportunities.

• To support and maintain good customer business relationship & services by handling product related sales services such as customer enquiry, take order and study on all customers' need.

• To conduct market research and understanding product related market analysis.

• To understand information and technical specification of product.

Job Requirements

• Candidate possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/technical or equivalent disciplines.

• At least 1 years of working experience in related field however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Position: Quantity Surveyor Executive (Steel Fabrication & Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for steel fabrication and construction projects.

• Assist in preparing tender documentation, contracts, and variation orders.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and cost control.

• Verify subcontractor claims and prepare valuation certificates.

• Prepare progress claims to clients/main contractors.

• Manage tender submissions, including quantity take-off, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, compiling documents, and submitting for verification and approval.

• Ensure tender submissions meet deadlines and comply with requirements.

• Support cost analysis and value engineering initiatives to improve project efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in QS or cost estimation roles within steel fabrication/construction (fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply).

• Knowledge in pre & post contract stages.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving attitude.

• Familiarity with structural steel projects, fabrication processes, and construction methodologies is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or QS-related software tools.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti rutin harian penternakan haiwan makmal (pemberian diet harian dan air) untuk semua spesies haiwan makmal dalam program pembiakan haiwan makmal mengikut pensijilan AAALAC;

2. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti-aktiviti lain Laboratory Animal Husbandary bagi tujuan penyelidikan menggunakan haiwan makmal dan program pembiakan;

3. Bertanggungjawab dalam pembersihan, pencucian dan pensterilan botol minuman & sangkar haiwan makmal secara harian. (Good Documentation Practice);

4. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti rutin pembersihan semua bilik pembiakan haiwan SPF mengikut peraturan dan panduan pensijilan AAALAC pada setiap hari (7 hari seminggu);

5. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti rutin penukaran liner Arnab dan ‘bedding’ Guinea Pig dua kali seminggu;

6. Bertanggungjawab menjalankan aktiviti rutin menukar ‘bedding’ Rodent secara mingguan;

7. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti rutin pengumpulan dan pemisahan ‘dropping’ Arnab secara mingguan;

8. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti rutin penukaran sangkar haiwan (Arnab dan Guinea Pig) secara mingguan;

9. Bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan aktiviti rutin iaitu menimbang berat haiwan (Rodent, Arnab dan Guinea Pig) setiap minggu untuk rekod program pembiakan;

Kelayakan dan Pengalaman:

1. Warganegara Malaysia.

2. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM)/Diploma dalam bidang Veterinar/Sains Haiwan/Bioteknologi/Sains atau yang berkaitan dan diiktiraf oleh kerajaan malaysia daripada institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau luar negara atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya;

3. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang Sains Haiwan. Walaubagaimanapun, calon yang tiada pengalaman digalakkan memohon;

4. Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman bekerja dalam menggunakan peralatan seperti Cage and Rack Washer, Bottle Washing Station and Sterilizers & terlatih dalam Laboratory Animal handling and husbandry adalah satu kelebihan;
