Retail Management Trainee
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Retail Management Trainee Program. This is a 1-year structured contract program designed to provide hands-on exposure to retail store operations and essential management fundamentals, preparing trainees for future leadership roles within the organization.
This program is highly encouraged for individuals currently working in the retail industry who are driven to progress into store leadership or management roles and are seeking a structured pathway to develop their skills and capabilities.
Throughout the program, Management Trainees will work closely with Store Managers and store leadership teams to gain practical experience in operations, merchandising, inventory control, customer service, and basic people management.
Upon successful completion of the program, Management Trainees may be offered permanent employment in a store leadership role or an equivalent position, subject to individual performance and overall program outcomes.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Able to communicate in English and Malay or Mandarin.
- Medically fit for retail operations.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage.
