• Support the procurement department by preparing, entering and tracking purchase orders in ERP systems

• Liaise with vendors to manage order status, negotiate prices and research alternative suppliers

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and inventory levels

• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt, inspect incoming goods and ensure compliance with company policies

• Assist the purchasing manager with administrative tasks, handle documentation and support the finance team with payments

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Business, Administration or other equivalent qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement or administrative roles

Responsibilities 

• Assist the superior for the interim and annual reports, tax estimates for the Unit Trust Funds and the management account.

• Assist the superior in handling tax compliance matters.

• Maintain the cash book balance, payment/receipts, and bank reconciliation functions for the Company and/or Unit Trust funds.

• Prepare a daily fund cash flow report for the fund manager.

• To monitor Unit Trust allotment and redemption to ensure settlement before the due date.

• To monitor EPF outstanding disbursement. Settlement of Allotment and redemption.

• Liaise with Compliance and submit regulatory reports within timeline.

• Maintain management AR and AP transactions and fixed assets listing.

• SST and E-invoice submission to the regulatory body and any other ad-hoc matters assigned.

• Ensure compliance with relevant PDPA, AML, Cyber security, SC’s guidelines on Unit Trust Funds and etc.

• Knowledge in NAV calculations for Unit Trust Funds is an advantage.
