The Admin Intern will support the Admin team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in Admin functions including staff claim, vendor management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare employee monthly claim.

• Handle purchase of pantry items (F&B), office supplies, and toiletries (e.g., toilet paper).

• Dealing with vendor example building management.

Job Responsibility:

Job Description 

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow up with vendor.

• Conduct business walkthrough with Business Units to develop business initiatives or requirement, seek clarification, identify initiative correlation, and provide initial process and system impact analysis and resource needs.

   • On-going improvement to the processes of current day to day tasks in order to increase efficiency, reduce TAT and increase quality of work.

4. Assemble rough cuts and final edits by splicing, synchronising, and sequencing footage

5. Enhance videos with sound design, music selection, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic voice-over integration

6. Perform colour correction, lighting adjustments, and visual clean-ups to improve footage quality

7. Ensure videos follow a clear narrative flow and align with brand and campaign objectives

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Film Studies, Media, Cinematography, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (in-house or freelance)

4. DaVinci Resolve (advantage)
