Internship Requirements:
Minimum internship duration: 3 months
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in relevant field
Good learning attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Tasks & responsibilities
Sales Admin
Manage sales client’s account, including contract processing, tracking, and follow up.
Handling documentation submission and liaise with related government.
Maintain up-to-date sales related documentation, such as service, repairing, price lists, spare-parts purchase request forms, and contracts.
Provide support to the sales team, including assistance with sales presentations and proposals.
Perform ad hoc work related to sales support, such as coordinating promotional activities and organizing sales events.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Maintain proper filing of all documentation.
Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks as requirement.
To attend any administrative tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
Procurement
1. Perform general office duties, such as research, ordering supplies, purchase, maintaining inventory database system.
2. File and retrieve suppliers/customers’ document e.g. invoices, purchase orders, contracts, quotations etc.
3. Check data accuracy in delivery order and invoices to ensure all the detailed information is recorded.
4. Source and purchase spare sparts from any source of channel by comparing the pricings, quality and delivery time.
5. Maintain and monitor the inventory levels of important spare parts using internal database to ensure the record is aligned with physical inventories.
6. Arrange logistics in an effective manner.
7. To communicate and collaborate with other departments in terms of verifying the documents & arranging transportation in an efficient way.
8.To attend any task assigned by Head of Administrative.
