Job Description :

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data for ASEAN + TH (Sell‑In, Sell‑Thru, Sell‑Out).

• Prepare business performance dashboards and executive summaries.

• Track channel, customer, SKU-level performance

• Manage data integrity across BI tools, distributor inputs, and internal systems.

Distributor & Country Team Support

• Work closely with Country Leads, Sales Managers, and Distributors to gather data and validate performance.

• Standardize Sell-Out and Sell-Thru reporting across markets.

• Support retail activation tracking, e-commerce KPIs, and consumer program ROI analysis.

Tools, Systems & Process Excellence

• Maintain dashboards in Power BI / Excel / internal analytics tools.

• Improve reporting templates and automate workflows where possible.

• Ensure strong governance of data management and timely submissions from countries.

Key KPIs

• Accuracy of sales reporting and forecasts

• Timeliness of weekly/monthly dashboards

• Improvement in Sell-Out visibility across markets

• Efficiency gains through automation and standardized reporting

• Quality of insights enabling growth decisions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, or related roles will be an added advantage. (preferably in Consumer, FMCG, or Lighting industry).

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

• Solid understanding of sales funnels (Sell-In, Sell-Thru, Sell-Out) and channel/customer dynamics.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• This will be a 1-year trainee role.

Sri KDU International School Kota Damansara is looking to appoint a Lab Assistant to join us in March.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the science labs and science preparation room are in good and proper order.

• Maintain/upgrade the conditions and facilities/infrastructure of respective labs.

• Maintenance check on all lab facilities.

• Check that the fume cupboards, emergency eyewash station, drench shower, water ionizer, gas pipes/taps, refrigerator, first aid kit (replenish if necessary) and etc are properly maintained.

• Prepare/replenish bench solutions and ensure that the bottles are properly labeled and stored.

• Preparation of laboratory materials, equipment before lessons.

• Maintenance of laboratory records such as:

• Update on the records of price list for lab material;

• Laboratory facilities maintenance schedule upon completion of maintenance check;

• Laboratory stock inventory record upon issuance, receipt or write-off of items.

• Constantly update the filing of documents such as: Purchase order/Delivery Order;

• Make requisitions for purchases/services using online portal.

• Identify faulty equipment and send them out for supplier's service if necessary.

• Referring to the updated calibration List, identify items required calibration and send them out to approve supplier/dealer.

• Assist the purchasing department to obtain quotations for item/ service required from approved dealers/suppliers.

• Managing the stock control of chemicals, solutions and equipment/apparatus; assist in labelling, storage and stocktaking and ordering of chemicals and consumables;

• Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are understood and followed correctly; conduct safety audits for the laboratories.

• Other duties as assigned:

• Be present in the lab during practical sessions to give assistance when needed.

• To carry out such other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Principal or any person acting on his behalf.

1. Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records using the AutoCount accounting system.

(B) Responsibilities

• Safety is our First Priority. Always wear PPE when entering the Production floor.

• Perform part conversion according to the production schedule.

• Perform line audit to ensure all process parameters meet specification. (Machine Check sheet/ PPS).

• Ensure all processes function well during production.

• Perform weekly machine set-up dumping or normal dumping.

• Perform carbon treatment and tank leaching for specific tank.

• Problem troubleshooting when there is any parameter or specification failure.  Escalate to Superior when the problem is unable to resolve within certain time frame.

• Ensure production operators carry out their duty according to their job responsibility assigned.

• Submit good sample to QA for inspection before start production, or any adjustment on the process parameter.

• Responsible for setting up vision system during production.

• Always ensure and maintain good 5S at workplace.

• On-hold and perform containment if found any defective part during production run.

• Raise Work Order to Facilities Maintenance when there is any machine failure.

• Additional job function:

a)      Participate in any department improvement project activities.

b)      Always standby to assist Tooling Tech to perform tooling set up.

• Accept additional tasks when there is a request from Superior or Engineer.

• Always ensure produced Quality products during production.

• Always seek for assistant when you are facing any problem during production. Do Not hesitate ask for help.

** Optional – Ablation Process

• Operating ablation machine, feeder, coiler, vacuum and schedule Jigs and Vacuum servicing.  

• Operate laser ablation machine follow as per documented work instruction

• Responsible to perform part conversion follow schedule.

• Ensure ablation part meeting part specification. Submit goods sample to QA for inspection. Record production details into ledger.
