MUCM Is Offering Up to 100% Scholarship To Study Foundation in Science for Their April Intake

So, you’re an aspiring medical practitioner with an avid interest in the medical and health field. You’ve always been interested in the science behind the human anatomy and you revel in biology. It’s clear that a career in MedicineDentistry is up your alley, but the high tuition fees associated with it might thwart your dreams.
Well, you’re in luck because we have some great news!
Manipal University College Malaysia is offering students with excellent academic results great scholarships and rebates to study a Foundation in Science.
This 1-year course is a great way for you to get a head start in your chosen field of Health Sciences. What’s more, you don’t need to worry about competing for a place in a medical or dental school. With a Foundation in Science at MUCM, your spot is secured!

What you need to know
Here is the list of scholarships and the requirements you must meet in order to be eligible.
Full Scholarship
- 100% scholarship for the duration of studies
- A-grades in the Core Subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics) in SPM/IGCSE
- Minimum grade C in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- For students presenting SPM trial results, scholarship will only be given after actual results are released
Progression Rebate
- For students who didn’t meet the criteria for a full scholarship during IGCSE/SPM but progress into MBBS/BDS in MUCM
- Full tuition fee rebate when you progress into MBBS/BDS on first attempt
- Meet all the requirements to progress into MBBS/BDS programme
- Applicable only for Foundation in Science April 2021 intake
High Achiever Bursary
- RM10,000 bursary when you progress into MBBS/BDS in MUCM on first attempt
- Obtain overall CGPA of 4.0 in Foundation in Science in a single sitting (no supplemental exams)
- Students who receive a separate scholarship when progressing into MBBS/BDS will not be eligible for this bursary (whichever is higher)
- Applicable only for Foundation in Science April 2021 intake
The best thing is — no interviews are required to apply for these scholarships! The scholarship is automatically awarded based on your grades.
