- SPM/SPMV: A pass with at least a Grade C in 5 subjects
- UEC: A pass with at least a Grade B in 3 subjects

- Academic Track: Biological Science/Traditional Chinese Medicine
- A Grade C in Mathematics and 2 science subjects and a Pass in Bahasa Melayu and English in SPM or other equivalent qualifications; or
- A Grade C in Mathematics and 2 science subjects and a Pass in English in O Level or other equivalent qualifications; or
- A Grade B in Mathematics and 2 science subjects, and a Pass in Bahasa Melayu and English in UEC or other equivalent qualifications.
