- Quantity Surveying:
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject AND
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in Bahasa Melayu OR English Language where minimum SPM Pass/O Level Grade E(Pass)/UEC Grade C in the other subject is required
- Construction Management & Real Estate Management:
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject AND
- SPM Pass/O Level Grade E (Pass)/UEC Grade C in English Language**
- Architecture
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject AND
- SPM Pass/O Level Grade E (Pass)/UEC Grade C in English Language ** AND
- Pass in Portfolio Interview conducted by TAR UMT
Track B:
- Hospitality Management & Gastropreneurship:
- SPM Pass/O Level Grade E (Pass)/UEC Grade C in English Language**
- Humanities:
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in English Language
- Note: IELTS Band Score 6.0/MUET Band 4.0/equivalent is required for progression to Bachelor Degree
- Social Sciences:
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject and one relevant science subject AND
- SPM Pass/O Level Grade E (Pass)/UEC Grade C in English Language
Track C:
- Communication:
- SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in English Language
- Creative Arts:
- SPM Pass/O Level Grade E (Pass)/UEC Grade C in English Language**AND
- Pass a specified portfolio test conducted by TAR UMT
**Grade C and above in AELE0364 English Language conducted by TAR UMT is accepted as having fulfilled the English Language requirement for applicants who fail English Language at SPM/O Level/UEC.
Note:
- SPM holders must have at least a pass in Bahasa Melayu and SPM holders from Year 2013 onwards must have at least a pass in Sejarah.
- Equivalent qualifications other than the above will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
