• SPM: 3 Credits in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
• O Level: 3 Grade C in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
• UEC: 3 Grade B in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
• Certificate: 
  • Relevant Certificate accredited by MQA and SPM Credit/ O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject AND
  • SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/UEC Grade B in Bahasa Melayu / Malay Language OR English Language where minimum SPM Pass / O Level Grade E (Pass) / UEC Grade C in the other subject is required

Compulsory subject:

• SPM, O Level and UEC must include SPM credit/O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in Bahasa Melayu/ Malay Language OR English Language where minimum SPM Pass / O Level Grade E (Pass) / UEC Grade C in the other subject is required

Note:

• Students without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A before the award of Diploma. This is applicable for students who have at least O Level Grade C or UEC Grade B in Malay Language but did not take SPM Bahasa Melayu.
• SPM holders from Year 2013 onwards must have at least a pass in Sejarah.
• Equivalent qualifications/qualifications from other Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Subject to the Ministry of Education latest requirements.
