Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architectural Studies with a minimum CGPA 2.67;

• Any other qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education; 
• Students must obtain LAM Part I exemption/recognition prior to joining the programme. 
• Minimum six (6) months practical experience after graduating from the first stage of architectural education at a registered architect office, approved architectural related organization or practice within the building industry.* 

OR Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architectural Studies with a minimum CGPA above 2.50 and below 2.66;

• Any other qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education
• Students must obtain LAM Part I exemption/recognition prior to joining the programme.
• Minimum twelve (12) months practical experience after graduating from the first stage of architectural education at a registered architect office, approved architectural related organisation or practice within the building industry.*

Note:

• As evidence, students are to provide a reference letter from the company that clearly indicates the duration of work experience, supported by a company profile, and portfolio of their practical experience

• Pass interview which includes review of Design Portfolio and Personal Statement.
