AUSMAT (SACEi): Min. ATAR 65
A Level: Min. DDD
Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Min. average of 65% in 6 subjects
Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM): Min. CGPA 2.00 for 3 subjects
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC):
- Pass with Min. 5Bs, including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics 1, or Advanced Mathematics 2.
- Note: Candidates without a Grade ‘B’ in the subjects above may be admitted if the candidate has a credit in Mathematics subject at SPM or equivalent level.
Taylor's Foundation in Design (FID): Pass with min. CGPA 2.50
Taylor's Foundation in Natural and Built Environments (FNBE): Pass with min. CGPA 2.50 (not subject to AA)
Other Taylor's Foundation in a related field:
- Other Taylor's Foundation in related field (Demonstrated numerical proficiency in Mathematics, Accounting, Principles of Economics or Statistics) with min CGPA 2.50
Taylor's Diploma: Pass with min. CGPA 2.67
International Baccalaureate (IB): Min. 24 points and above based on 6 subjects
Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): Overall 60%
Foundation in related field from other institutions recognised by the Malaysian Government:
- Pass with CGPA 2.50 (demonstrated numerical proficiency in Mathematics, Accounting, Principles of Economics or Statistics)
Diploma from other institutions recognised by the Malaysian Government: Pass with CGPA 2.67
Other foundation, matriculation, high school certificates from other institutions recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Prerequisites

SPM/O-Level with Pre-University/Foundation:
- A pass in SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5 credits, including Mathematics, for students from Foundation programmes.
- A pass in SPM/O-Level or equivalent with 3 credits including Mathematics for students from Pre-U (CPU, STPM, UEC, IB or equivalent from other institutions) and Diploma qualifications.
- A Pass in Mathematics at a higher level can be used to replace the prerequisite Credit in Mathematics in SPM/O-Level/or equivalent.
