Entry Requirements
- STPM/A Level:
- Pass with minimum 3B/2A 1C/1A 1B 1C in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Maths
- Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical Course:
- Pass with CGPA 3.00 in 3 subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Maths and Grade B in 5 subjects at SPM or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths/Add Maths, and 1 other subject.
- NOTE: The course should not be less than 1 year in the same accredited institution and the minimum entry qualification.
- UEC:
- Pass with Grade B4 in 5 subjects Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Add Maths
- Diploma in Health Sciences:
- CGPA 3.50 and Grade B in 5 subjects at SPM/equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths/Add Maths and 1 other subject.
- Diploma in Microbiology (UiTM) with CGPA 3.00
- Degree in Arts/Humanities:
- Minimum CGPA 4.0 (4-year Arts/Humanities Programme)
- Degree in Medical Sciences:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.3 (5-year Medical Sciences programme)
- Qualifications other than the above will be referred to the registrar:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (4-year Medical Sciences programme)

- TOEFL: 550
