- Those who are active in extra-curricular activities, have a strong record of leadership, possess a special talent (e.g. singing, dancing, acting) or have a financial need are eligible
- Applicable to 3+0, 4+0 and INTI International University Degree Programmes only, Overseas Degree Transfer Programmes will not be considered for this scholarship
- For students with Foundation/Diploma from other institutions
- Must achieve full passes in all subjects and maintain a certain GPA, depending on the scholarship quantum
- Scholarship is renewable upon meeting the stipulated academic requirements
