Foundation/Matriculation:
- Successful completion of the Foundation/Matriculation programme that is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education with CGPA 2.0
- AND a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR Mathematics and any one of the Science, Technology, or Engineering subjects at SPM level or its equivalent
STPM:
- Arts Stream: Pass with minimum Grade C in any TWO (2) subjects
- Science Stream: Pass with minimum Grade C in Mathematics and one (1) Science/ICT subject
- AND a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR Mathematics and any one of the Science, Technology, or Engineering subjects at SPM level or its equivalent
UEC:
- Pass with at least 5Bs (inclusive of Mathematics and English)
A Level:
- Pass with passes in 2 subjects
- AND a credit in Mathematics in O Level or equivalent
Canadian Pre-U / Ontario Secondary Diploma:
- Pass with an average mark of 55 including Mathematics
Australian Year 12:
- Pass with an average of 55
- AND a credit in Mathematics in SPM or equivalent
SACE:
- Pass 5 subjects with a minimum TER score of 55 or an average of 55, no subjects less than 10/20 including Mathematics
NSW High School Certificate (HSC):
- Pass with ATAR 55 (minimum 10 units) including Mathematics and no subject score below 50
Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY):
- Pass MUFY with a minimum of 60% in 4 subjects, including Mathematics

INTI Diploma - Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science:
- Successfully completed INTI's Diploma with CGPA 2.5
- Candidates with a CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 can be accepted, subject to internal assessment evaluation.
Malaysian Diploma - Any Diploma in Science and Technology:
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75
- AND a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent; OR Mathematics and any one of the Science, Technology or Engineering subjects at SPM level / equivalent
- Students with a Diploma will be considered for direct entry with subject exemptions on a case-by-case basis
