The Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (APCA) is a private institution established in 2010 in Petaling Jaya. With seven branches across Malaysia, India, Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore, APCA is renowned as the Finest Pastry & Culinary School in Asia. Specialising in French pastries, chocolate and breadmaking, APCA is committed to providing a lifelong learning platform in the culinary arts taught by experienced industry professionals. 

APCA offers a range of programmes, from the Advanced Diploma in Pastry & Bakery Arts and Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts to the Certificate Program in Pastry Arts, providing a comprehensive curriculum that combines innovative and hands-on teaching methods, preparing students for successful careers in the pastry and culinary arts industries.
