Requirements

• Assist in payroll preparation by entry relevant data into Flex System (employee information, ot, leaves, etc)

• Manage leave management system and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing & remittance of all statutory contribution.

About the role

To manage and develop assigned PROTON ICE dealers while strengthening dealer sales-team competency through structured internal training, coaching, product knowledge development, and performance monitoring. The role is responsible for ensuring dealers are equipped to effectively promote and sell PROTON ICE models and achieve assigned business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned PROTON ICE dealers and act as the key liaison between PROTON and dealer teams

• Monitor dealer sales performance, showroom activities, customer follow-up and overall business performance

• Identify dealer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution

• Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews

• Plan and conduct training for dealer sales consultants, team leaders and relevant staff

• Deliver training on product knowledge, features & benefits, competitor comparison, sales processes and customer handling

• Conduct onboarding training for newly appointed dealer sales personnel

• Provide continuous coaching and on-the-job guidance to improve sales consultant competency

• Maintain strong knowledge of PROTON ICE products, specifications, technology, features and selling points

Drafter

You will assist our engineer to produce construction drawings, tender drawings, shop drawings etc for various building services majoring in renewable energy sector.

Requirements

1. Education: min SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Draughtsmanship.

2. Fresh drafter are welcome to apply.

3. Experience: If have 1 or 2 years (s) experiences of drafting work in the related M&E Consulting would be an added advantage.

4. Software Skills: proficiency in CAD is mandatory.

5. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of M&E symbols, schematic diagrams, and general building services layout logic, would be an added advantage.

• Develop technical drawings based on sketches and initial design concepts from engineer

• To check and to make revision drawings based on instruction, comments when necessary

• To ensure drawings well deliverable and meet management timeline schedule.

• Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

• Ensure drawing accuracy by checking measurements, units, technical specifications

• Provide technical support to internal teams during project implementation.

• Support coordination activities with external vendors, suppliers when required.

• Manage and update design documentation, ensuring records are properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in follow up on submission drawings for authority approvals when required.
