About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our finance team at HOTEL GREEN PARK (P) SDN BHD' in Temerloh Pahang. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

• Handling accounts receivable and payable tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

• Preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, and expense reports

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Providing customer service and responding to accounting-related inquiries

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and complete

• Adhering to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Qualifications/Requirements :

. Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

Job Overview:

• To lead the design, development, and enhancement of business-critical applications, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
