Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system level software using C++ and MASM

• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and reverse engineering on complex modules

• Work with Windows system principles, including registry, file system, memory management, and process/thread models

• Analyze and optimize performance at the system and application level

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design secure, efficient, and maintainable solutions

• Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in C++ and MASM

• Solid understanding of Windows internals, including registry and file system principles

• Experience with debugging tools (WinDbg, IDA, Ghidra, or similar)

• Ability to analyze low level behavior and troubleshoot complex issues

Position Title: Product Sales Engineer

Job Summary

The Product Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical solutions and professional consultation to customers. This role combines technical knowledge (including 2D & 3D drawing interpretation) with sales capability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or engineering solutions.

The candidate must be willing to meet customers, conduct site visits, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

1. Develop, maintain, and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for both PCBA and box build products. Ensure that all components, materials, and parts are accurately listed, and maintain up-to-date records. Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure BOMs are complete, accurate, and reflect the latest design revisions.

2. Lead the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure that any changes to product design, materials, or processes are properly documented and communicated. Coordinate the execution of ECNs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure all updates are integrated into the production process smoothly.

3. Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from prototype to full production. Ensure that all new products are successfully transitioned through the development, testing, and validation phases. Lead efforts to ensure manufacturing processes are optimized for new products and that all technical and design requirements are met.

4. Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Schedule and lead meetings to discuss technical requirements, product specifications, and any changes or improvements to existing designs. Address customer concerns promptly and collaborate with them to resolve any technical issues.

5. Work closely with the process engineering team to improve manufacturing processes for both PCBA and box build products. Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and overall efficiency improvements.

6. Work with various teams, including design, program, supply chain, planner, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to production. Provide technical expertise to ensure that designs are manufacturable and meet customer expectations.

7. Ensure that all product-related documentation, including NPIs report, BOMs, ECNs, process specifications, and others is accurate, up-to-date. Provide regular progress reports to management on the status of ongoing projects and product developments.
