- Diploma:
- Possess Diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology or Information Systems from UTM/IPT/Equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; OR
- Diploma in Science and Technology with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Obtain at least Grade B- at Diploma level in one of the Mathematics subjects.

- Candidates are required to upload the complete examination results during the Diploma (First semester to final semester) and a copy of the Diploma or confirmation letter of completion through the UPUOnline system.
- The year of entry and the period of study are subject to the credit exemption approved by UTM.
A LEVEL/ IB/ AUSMAT Graduate or Equivalent

- GCE A Level qualification with at least Grade C / International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) qualification with Grade 4 in HL level subjects /Australian Matriculation Program (AUSMAT) with Grade C/ 60% ATAR Rank in the following subjects:
