STPM Graduate

  • Meet the University's General Requirements and Programme's Specific Requirements.
  • Obtained at least a CGPA of 2.80 at STPM level;
  • Obtained Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in the following subject:
    •  Mathematics (T) AND
  • ANY (ONE) 1 of the following subjects:
    •  Physics
    • Chemistry
    • Biology
    • Information and Communications Technology AND
  • Obtain a minimum credit (Grade C) at the SPM level in TWO (2) of the following subjects:
    • Mathematics
    • Additional Mathematics AND

Matriculation/Foundation Graduate:

  • Meet the University's General Requirements and Programme's Specific Requirements.
  • Obtained at least a CGPA of 2.80 at the Matriculation/Foundation level;
  • Obtained Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in the following subject:

Diploma Graduate:

  • Possess Diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology or Information Systems from UTM/IPT/Equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; OR
  • Diploma in Science and Technology with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 AND
  • Obtain at least Grade B- at Diploma level in one of the Mathematics subjects.

  • Candidates are required to upload the complete examination results during the Diploma (First semester to final semester) and a copy of the Diploma or confirmation letter of completion through the UPUOnline system.
  • The year of entry and the period of study are subject to the credit exemption approved by UTM.

A LEVEL/ IB/ AUSMAT Graduate or Equivalent

  • Meet the University's General Requirements and Programme's Specific Requirements.
  • GCE A Level qualification with at least Grade C / International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) qualification with Grade 4 in HL level subjects / possess Australian Matriculation Program (AUSMAT) with Grade C/ 60% ATAR Rank in the following subjects:

  • AND any (ONE) 1 of the following subjects:

  • Obtain a minimum credit (Grade C) at SPM level in TWO (2) of the following subjects:
